What an amazing response we've had to our January deal thank you everyone for taking part. If you're regular Telegraph readers we've had an amazing response to this offer also, thank you all. The Telegraph offer will continue till April so keep collecting those tokens!

Now for February's dining club offer and we've decided on a triple bonus offer:

1: We believe our haddock, chips & mushy peas is the best around and we challenge you to come and taste it in our first ever buy one get one free offer. Quite a strange scenario for a fine dining restaurant I agree. The offer runs from 4 to 6 p.m. inclusive Monday to Friday for the whole of February.

2: We've been raving about the organic cultured cod that we are proud to be stocking in the Whitstable Fish market these days so if you can't make the restaurant, pop in the fish market with your dining club card and choose two or more portions of Organic Cod and we'll throw the freshly prepared crab & winkle batter and mushy peas into the bargain - you just supply the chips!

Dear Sustainable Seafood Delivery subscribers,

Thank you for you patience, our service is in the final weeks of preparation now and we are looking for a couple of "guinea pigs" to test us and to provide feedback via return mail - for a free supply of the fish in the box. Primarily we are looking for two people that live absolutely miles away from Whitstable who must be subscribers to our Sustainable Seafood Delivery bulletins service.

Twenty three boats currently belong to the responsible fishing scheme in Britain which on the face of it doesn't appear to be a lot until you consider the scheme only started in May 2006. Even so Seafish Org is currently reviewing a further 100 boats for the scheme with new enquiries coming in every.... (Read Article)

As well as banning the sale of Monkfish in Asda stores, pressure from environmental campaigners has swayed Asda's chief seafood buyer into calling on all chefs, particularly celeb chefs, to boycott Monkfish in their menu sourcing policy.

Asda spokesperson Chris Brown, said: "Our customers expect us to do everything we can to protect fish stocks, so we've decided to ban monkfish sales as a precaution until the industry takes appropriate action to ensure its long-term survival (Read Article)
